This online course aims to equip participants with the requisite knowledge and skills to formulate quality nutritious meals incorporating appropriate Chinese herbs to improve overall well being. Through this course, professionals in food related industries such as food technologist, R&D chefs and meal planners will be able to gain knowledge and skills to enable them to leverage on the benefits of Chinese herbs when developing innovative food products promoting a healthy, nutritious and wholesome diet for consumers.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- state the therapeutic benefits of various herbs, as well as their usage via appropriate preparation and cooking methods to bring out the effectiveness of these herbs
- describe the methods to prepare healthy and nutritious daily meals with TCM herbs as ingredients

Certification
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with formal assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
