Introduction to User Experience Design

Heard of "user experience" or "user interface" design and keen to find out how these can be incorporated in your business and in your daily lives?

Through this course, participants will learn the tools and methods to create effective designs in meeting users’ needs.

In addition to learning the tools and methods, participants will be introduced to the User Experience Design Cycle; components of the cycle such as research, analysis, design and testing.

  • Apply UX design tools and methods

  • Create effective designs that will be satisfying to users   

  • Validate designs that meet the needs of your users
