Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science (R26)

School of Sports, Health and Leisure, Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science (R26)

What You Will Learn

Drive the science that supports the Sports Industry.

A whole spectrum of opportunities awaits, from fitness training and physical activity to sports rehabilitation and scientific research in the commercial, public, welfare, and uniformed group sectors.

With the Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science (DSES), you are on track to becoming an integral part of an effective sports science team.

Play a crucial role in developing Singapore’s growing sports industry — as a skilled practitioner, you will be able to support community sports and athletes.

Find out about human physiology, psychology, anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription, learn how the human body works during exercise and discover why physical activity is vital for healthy living.

Taking a scientific approach to sports and exercise will give you the confidence to maximise impact for your clients.

My student life in SHL has been both fulfilling and exciting. I find myself more confident, driven and independent at the end of my three-year holistic education here.
