Be a Sports Safety Champion

Engaging in regular physical activity can reap numerous health benefits. Physical activity can enhance your emotional and psychological well-being by improving your self-esteem. Your body releases chemicals called endorphins when you exercise.

Endorphins are “feel-good” chemicals that uplift your mood and can even reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and depression. However, it is also important to exercise safely at all times to prevent injuries.

At the end of this course, the participants will share a common belief that every individual should have the opportunity to play sports in a safe environment and be free of injury
