This one-day course aims to equip participants with the understanding of how to manage an Incident Site designated for disinfection service. At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand Risk Group Classifications for Infectious Diseases and its corresponding DORSCON levels
- Perform Risk Assessment for incidents and emergencies response
- Explain disinfection procedures and manage customer queries
- Manage public optics at incident site

Certification
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
For courses with formal assessment component, participants will be awarded the certification of completion upon passing the assessment. Otherwise, a certification of attendance will be issued instead upon meeting the 75% course attendance requirement.
