The physiological changes and nutritional needs for each stage of life will be discussed. Following which, two contemporary nutrition issues – dietary practice and nutritional intake – for optimal brain health and hormonal balance will be explored. Research findings on nutrients role in supporting the structural and functional needs of the nervous as well as endocrine systems will also be shared.
