Digital Publishing

This two-day course equips participants with the basic skills in visual communication design using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign software. Through this course, participants will learn about the workflow, roles and responsibilities required in a creative team.

Participants will also gain hands-on experience at designing the different elements of a poster and newsletter from conceptualisation to publishing.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course participants will learn to:

  • Edit digital images

  • Apply layouts techniques and text to create a digital poster

  • Combine, graphics, text and images to create a newsletter

Who should attend?

Marketing and communications professionals and for individuals who are keen to learn the basics of design.

Entry Requirement

Participants should be computer-literate

Certification

Participants will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance by Republic Polytechnic upon meeting 80% of the attendance.
