What You Will Learn

Be the Health Coach and lead the change in building a healthier community.

A health coach guides others in managing and promoting optimal nutrition levels, physical activity and mental wellness.

Through this diploma, you will gain valuable project management skills and lead health events in the community while leveraging the use of digital tools. You will also learn to conduct health and fitness assessments, all while embarking on a meaningful journey of educating the importance of a holistic wellbeing from young to old.

Make wellness advocacy a career and be equipped with holistic skillsets that empower you to effect positive change in the quality of life for the community!

Working in a team setting during my time in RP has helped me tremendously in my personal growth. I’ve developed stronger communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. The modules I’ve learnt provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of holistic lifestyle intervention. If you’re interested in promoting health and are passionate about positive behavioural change, being a health coach might be your calling as well!
