"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is a process, and working together is success”. This quote from Henry Ford is so applicable even up to today. The first memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed with DBS Bank Ltd was in 2011, moving forward to 2022, we are into our 4th MOU.

The partnership forged with DBS bank created many milestones and successful collaborations. Today, many Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business (DCXB) students have benefitted from DBS' scholarships, internships, recruitment initiatives, projects and research opportunities.

The MOU signing ceremony held at Republic Polytechnic was graced by Deputy Principal, Mr. Boo Chong-Han, and DBS Executive Director, Head of Customer Care Centre, Ms. Geeta Sreeraman on 7 March 2022. Ms. Geeta is also DCXB appointed distinguished professional for its academic benchmarking exercise this year. All diplomas are required to conduct Academic Benchmarking to ensure that the programmes offered meet current industry practices and upcoming trends.

Tan Yan Ferdinand Arocha and Zafirah Binte Mohamed Akhbar, DBS scholars and SOH Alumni, shared their working experiences at the MOU signing ceremony.

The MOU ceremony was organised by the Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business, School of Hospitality.
