9th ave. is named after the polytechnic's address, 9 Woodlands Ave 9. It boasts 305 square metres of cosy dining space with a rustic and relaxed urban atmosphere. 9th ave. offers the freshest seasonal produce and exposes our students in preparing a wide range of cuisine types from different parts of the world guided by lecturers with immense industry knowledge and experience.

Oliva Training Restaurant
Oliva is a training restaurant located at E1, Level 10 that was set up to allow Diploma in Restaurant & Culinary Operations students to learn restaurant management and restaurant service skills. The students will be rostered to handle all aspects of restaurant management - from menu planning to cooking meals and serving customers.

waters edge Training Restaurant
waters edge restaurant overlooks the swimming pool at RP's Sports Complex giving patrons a nice and relaxing experience while dining there. The kitchen is fully-equipped with top-of-line kitchen equipment. The restaurant offers a three-course set lunch as part of the students' practicum training.
