What You Will Learn

ICT is a constantly-evolving industry with a host of career options. Why not experience the range it encompasses, to better discover where your interest lies?

Through the Common ICT Programme (CIP), you’ll develop solid technical skills and encounter real-world issues, all in the first semester of your first year of study. This forms the foundation for your studies that follow, when you can choose from the following IT-related diploma programmes:

  • Diploma in Business Information Systems (R13)
  • Diploma in Digital Design & Development (R47)
  • Diploma in Financial Technology (R18)
  • Diploma in Infocomm Security Management (R55)
  • Diploma in Information Technology (R12)

In the first semester, you will take the following modules:

From the second semester, you will study the modules that are allocated to a specific diploma programme from SOI.

GCE O-level

Subject

a) English Language/1 - 7
b) Mathematics (Elementary/Additional)/1 - 6
c) Any two other subjects 1-6

To be eligible for admission, you must also have sat for one subject listed in the 2nd group of relevant subjects for the ELR2B2-C Aggregate Type listed in the JAE Information Booklet.

  • Obtain an A-S grade for General Paper (English Medium),

  • Must have taken GCE 'A' Level examinations whilst studying in a Junior College / Millennia Institute in Singapore
