This course is designed to help participants understand digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics and Cloud-based Solutions. Participants will learn how these technologies are implemented in the workplace to drive digitalisation initiatives.

This course will help participants increase their productivity through the automation of digitised repetitive tasks by utilising Power Automate. GO Business Workflow Automation (GoBWA) enables participants to implement automation using Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, OneDrive, Forms, SharePoint and Power Apps.
goRPA will enable participants to increase productivity through automating administrative and repetitive tasks by scripting of Robotics Process Automation (RPA). This is an applied learning workshop where participants will be trained and mentored on their RPA project.
TThis program is tailored for mid-career professionals who may not have a formal IT background but possess valuable expertise in their respective fields. The objective is to empower participants to successfully transition into new roles by equipping them with essential IT skills while leveraging their existing domain knowledge. This approach prepares them to confidently pursue new job opportunities in today's dynamic digital landscape.
