If you have the drive, passion, and desire to be a leader, join eLEAP (Engineering Leadership Programme), the programme that helps in moulding the next generation of engineering leaders.

The Programme Framework includes Professional Training, Leadership Training, and Character Building. Within it, you will engage in Diploma specific certification workshops, take part in Industry Mentorship Programmes, interact with industry leaders, and participate in competitions, conferences, and forums. You will also learn about Self Profiling and be involved in outreach activities at secondary schools.

Your eLEAP Journey consists of 3 milestones:

  • Discover; enhancing character building in personality, values, belief, and mission.

  • Transform; effecting change in knowledge and skills.

  • Achieve; creating an impact and achieving success.

Several of our students have achieved greater heights by taking part in eLEAP. They are able to meet with people of different backgrounds and traits. This enables them to develop communication skills and learn how to work with a wide range of people with different personalities, which proves beneficial even after graduation.

On the other hand, the programme also allows eLEAP industry mentors to appreciate the enthusiasm and passion present in the next generation.
