Engineering Leadership Programme (eLeap) aims to equip SEG student leaders the needed knowledge and skill to be an effective leader to serve the community. It is a 2-day interactive program where you will get to meet fellow SEG student leaders to have fun and to learn the following topics:

• The Role as a Leader
• Thinking Paradigm of a leader
• Belief System – Effective Leadership Principles
• Value System – Motivation Method
• Personality – DISC profiling
• Attitude

Join our SEG clubs and SEG interest groups as Executive members, Peer Support Leaders or Peer Supporters and you will be nominated to join our interactive eleap programme!
