The Public Sector Transformation (PST) Awards is the Whole-of-Government (WOG) pinnacle platform to recognise and reward public officers and public agencies for excellence in their work and organisational practices. The awards are aimed at encouraging officers and agencies to pursue PST by recognising best practices, as well as desired behaviours and values that undergird achievements.

This year, we are proud to announce the winners from RP who have won the prestigious PST Awards:

Exemplary Innovator Award - Smart Inventory Monitoring Rack (SIMR)
Hong Ling Tim & Raymond Yeo

Ling Tim and Raymond, have partnered with Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and National University Health System to create a Smart Inventory Monitoring Rack (SIMR) - a scalable, cost-effective solution that provides real-time monitoring of medical consumables in the hospital. Medical Personnel can now replenish the stocks efficiently, avoiding unnecessary entries to infectious wards, thereby reducing workload and stress.

Vincent Lim 

Vincent inspires others through his pursuit of knowledge, earning a master's degree and 5 professional certifications to date. Since 2016, he has launched several programs on Industry 4.0, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, and Blockchain, training learners both locally and internationally. Applying the knowledge he acquired, he has trained fellow lecturers and initiated serval process improvement projects in RP that resulted in significant time saving. These projects had won him several awards, including Best 3i Project Award, MOE Innergy Award, and UiPath Visionary Educator Award.
