STA club members serve a key function in the organizing and managing of various school and poly-wide events which aim to develop and nurture not just our students’ creative knowledge but also their leadership skills.

Electronic Music Production (EMP) was established with one main aim; to bring everyone who is passionate about electronic music together. EMP members not only acquire the skills of music production using cutting-edge equipment, they also learn how to perform as a DJ and also take charge of events management as well as publicity and promotional campaigns.

Interested in “live” productions, multi-camera setups, and real-time editing? At Studio IG, students have wide opportunities to learn in the areas of pre-production setups, production, and directing, and try out the vital roles of a multi-camera production. Studio IG has been providing multimedia support for events at The Republic Cultural Centre, including the IGNITE! Music Festival.

Got a passion and need somewhere to express it? Members of Comics Interest Group (Comics IG) can learn to draw from the ground up from lessons touching on topics such as basic human anatomy, landscape drawing, and colour theory. Nurture your interest in the world of comics and gain exposure in the community through the numerous events that we participate in, including the EOY and SOY Cosplay festivals.

The Film Factory (FF) is an interest group for students with a passion for looking at the world through the medium of sight and sound – film and video. FF is a platform for enjoying, absorbing, and appreciating everything that the medium has to offer. Members of FF has the opportunity to learn and make their own "short films".
