The Proveg Food Innovation Challenge aims to promote a sustainable lifestyle, creating delicious healthy plant-based food, and reduce animal consumption. 

Students from Diploma in Biotechnology and Diploma in Business & Social Enterprise participated in a four-month plant-based food innovation competition and walked away with the Special Prize from Nestlé for their creative phone application-based ice cream kit customisation business proposal.
