Two Silver Medals at the WorldSkills Singapore 2021 Competition

The WorldSkills Singapore is a national skills competition and the winners will represent Singapore to compete on the international stage at the WorldSkills Competition.

For WorldSkill Singapore 2021, seven students from the School of Engineering took part in three skill areas.

The competitors worked tirelessly with their coaches since the beginning of 2021 in preparation for the competition held in October 2021. Their efforts were not in vain. Two of our competitors emerged as Silver Medallists for their respective skill area, Beatrice Tiong Jia Yin in Digital Construction and Khairunnisa Binte Hazman in Information Network Cabling. Congratulations to Beatrice and Khairunnisa!

We are incredibly proud of all our competitors for their tenacity in training and competing under the constraints of an on-going pandemic.
